| 검사정보 | 인체내에는 수많은 peptidase가 있으며 leucine aminopeptidase는 peptide 말단에 leucine을 가진 peptide에서 leucine을 특이적으로 제거하는 효소로서 leucine aminopeptidase, arylamidase 및 cystine aminopeptidase중 cytosol(세포질) 유래인 것을 말한다. Substrate로서 L-leucylglycine이나 leucyl-β-naphthylamide나 L-leucyl-ρ-nitroanilide와 같은 합성 기질도 microsome 유래의 arylamidase와 cystine aminopeptidase와 같은 기질에 강한 친화성을 나타내어 이러한 효소가 serum중에 공존하면 LAP activity에 포함되게 되어 복수의 효소활성 합계가 된다. 유아기에 높고, 성장기에 경도로 증가되며, 성인에서는 연령에 의한 변동은 없다. <증가> ① Hepatitis ② Cirrhosis ③ Obstructive jaundice ④ Metastatic cancer of liver ⑤ Pancreatitis(temporary increase) ⑥ Cancer of pancreas(very high) ⑦ Infectious mononucleosis | ||
